What We Collect
The contact form collects your name, your email address, and your message.
The emblem form collects your artist name, your website or main social link, your email address, and your affirmations of the Standard and the Doctrinal Foundation.
Both forms include an optional box you can check to receive occasional Redeemed Country updates by email. It is unchecked unless you check it.
How We Use It
Contact messages are used to reply to you.
Emblem submissions are kept as the record of who has affirmed the Standard and the Doctrinal Foundation and uses the emblem, and your email is used to contact you about the emblem. Your artist name and link may appear in a public list of Redeemed Country artists. Your email address is never published.
Email updates go only to people who checked the box asking for them. Every update includes a way to unsubscribe.
We do not sell your information, and we do not give it to anyone else for their own use.
How Long We Keep It
Emblem records are kept indefinitely, because they are the record of who has affirmed the Standard and the Foundation. Contact messages are kept as long as they are useful for responding and keeping track of the conversation. If you unsubscribe from updates, you will not receive them again.
Services That Handle Your Information
This site is hosted by Netlify, which receives and stores form submissions on our behalf. If you sign up for updates, the email service used to send them will also hold your name and email address for that purpose.
Some pages load content from other companies, which have their own privacy policies:
Google Analytics: counts visits and page views using cookies, so we can see how the site is used. Spotify: the playlist player on the homepage is Spotify’s own service. Google Fonts: the site’s typefaces load from Google’s servers. Facebook: links to the Redeemed Country group take you to Facebook.
Your Choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you have sent us by writing to contact@redeemedcountry.com. If you ask us to delete an emblem record, your name will also be removed from any public list of Redeemed Country artists, and permission to use the emblem ends.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
